3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Aluvère does not store your payment card details.
4. Orders & Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract between you and Aluvère is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Aluvère is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times and international shipping information.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
