SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing and factors outside our control.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website at any time.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Aluvère is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the details before dispatch.
